Step 2: Rent Your Truck (If Needed)
Truck Rental Tips:

- 15' truck: 2BR
- 20' truck: 3BR
- 26' truck: 4BR+

Step 3: Prepare for Loading Day
What to Have Ready:
- Truck parked as close as possible
- Moving blankets and straps available
- Items boxed and ready (we don't pack with labor-only)
- Clear path from home to truck
- List of anything staying behind
If POD/Container:
- Container delivered and placed (as close to door as possible)
- Access clear
Step 4: Loading Day
Our Crew Arrives:
- In pickup truck or personal vehicles (we don't bring a moving truck - that's the point!)
- With dollies, hand trucks, tools, and equipment
- Ready to work
- Famous Shoulder Straps (Saves our backs!)

We Load:
- Systematically from rooms
- Heavy items first (for weight distribution)
- Wrap furniture with stretch wrap (using YOUR blankets underneath)

You Secure:
- Final strapping (with your ratchet straps)
- We'll help, but it's your truck/responsibility
- We show you proper technique
**Important:** We CANNOT use our company blankets or straps (we won't be there to get them back).
Step 5: Unloading Day
We Arrive at Destination:

- Can be same day or different day

- Reassemble furniture (if possible)
- Stack boxes neatly in correct rooms

How much does labor-only service cost?

What's the minimum charge?
There's 2-hour minimum per job.
Why can't you use your blankets?
We won't be there to retrieve them. We can't leave our equipment in your truck.
Do you charge mileage if you follow me?
No mileage charge under 30 miles! Beyond 30 miles, mileage charge applies.
Can you load my truck one day and unload a different day?
Yes! Two separate appointments, charged separately.
What if loading takes longer than expected?
Hourly service - we work until complete. You pay for actual time.
Do you provide packing services with labor-only?
We can pack for you, but it's separate from labor-only loading. Usually better to do full-service at that point.
Can you move a piano or gun safe with labor-only?
Yes, we can load/unload specialty items. Additional charges may apply for extremely heavy items.
What about insurance?
Your truck rental insurance covers transport. Our liability insurance covers our labor. We recommend full insurance on your truck rental. We are not responsible for any damages once we are done moving or during transport as we are not driving.
Is labor-only available for long-distance moves?
Yes! We can load in OKC for your drive to another state, or unload when you arrive in OKC from elsewhere.
